"We were on a vacation / road trip , traveling back home to New Jersey from South Florida. We decided to stay a few nights in Wilmington, where I once resided for a few years. "This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us."

"Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here!"

No basics were provided; no tp(ok 1 roll), dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hot pads, kitchen towels and cloths, hand soap. Management company never sent check in instructions. I had to call them and was then sent the wrong unlock code. Our listing said 11:00 check out but cleaning person was knocking at our door at 930 wanting us to leave. Great...
