Checking in was quick and easy. The young woman at the desk was friendly and efficient. The first room we were checked in to had a non working TV and we were given another room. In the second room the bathtub did not have a tub stopper, so a bath was not possible. The area around the registration office was clean. When we drove to the back of the hotel were our room was, the parking area was very dirty and trash all around.

The Hotel Winters is my FAVORITE. It's gorgeously appointed, beautifully lit and designed with the kind of intentional spaciousness that smacks of historical estates. So many lovely extras - from lobby elevators whose doors always stand open, to fresh iced tea and lemon water always at the ready. Dog and people friendly - because the staff is warm and friendly and so helpful!! Don't sleep on the Hotel Winters!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility looks like it’s in the process of remodeling and updating the rooms. This facility is in an older part of town and there are people walking around that look a little shady. The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline, very hard and springy. The TV sounded horrible and the cable connection isn’t good. The chair was broken and very uncomfortable. The room was clean. Again, the staff were very helpful and nice and this property is under remodeling, there’s just room for improvement.
