Best holiday home yet

So relaxing, quiet ,close to Mooney Markets close to beautiful beaches , the house has plenty of room the only thing is the spiral staircase to main bedroom but overall loved it will definitely go back

Tucked away family bush escape

Fantastic place for a relaxing extended family get together! Great entertaining spaces and lovely bush outlook with wallabies and a friendly horse. Close to great beaches with shops / Coffs not to far away for other activities. Great that it was dog driendly but missing a grassy fenced area for small dogs. Will definately be back again!

Fabulous home!

Fantastic home for our extended family. Plenty of room to move and explore - the kids loved the pool and feeding the horse, and the bird watchers loved exploring the grounds. Great convenient location to so many beautiful places.

Family Get Together

Spacious & Homely

We had a group of 13 and the house had plenty of room and everything we needed. The pool was great and the serenity was awesome. The horse was an added bonus 😊 Would definitely look to book again.

More than expected!

The house was spotless with beautiful furnishings and in an incredibly beautiful setting. We were 4 adults and 2 infants and the house provided ample common spaces for us to be together or apart. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath was heaven after a hard day playing in the pool! Thank you for the ground coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a great holiday!

Super Family Holiday House!!!

Our extended family of 11 stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome!!! The location was perfect, close to everything but a feeling of being completely secluded in our own paradise. The house is beautiful and has everything you need pus more! So much room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this property and we will be back for sure. The owners are also really helpful and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Every room has spider webs. But it was a very rainy week which may have pushed some inside. Good spaces throughout the house. Great location and quiet.

Little piece of paradise

Our extended family of 11 couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to wind down and relax. All the different sitting areas and outdoor spaces, the pool room, the decks, the horse, all the wildlife - just a beautiful place all round. A bit too cold for us to use the pool but it’d be fantastic in summer. Communication and check in was such an easy process. Highly recommend!

Friends weekend

Four couples went down for a weekend away to watch the local music festival at Moonee Beach Hotel. We absolutely loved the house and property and can’t wait to take our kids back. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, gorgeous outlook and of course a lovely pool to swim in. We had a great time playing pool in the entertainment room and even enjoyed a board game that was in the cupboard. Absolutely loved having the resident horse - we called him Frank! Only a 5min drive to the tavern, straight off the highway. Highly recommend.

Annual getaway with friends to different locations. This house had great spaces, lovely pool and outdoor entertainment areas. However it’s cleanliness not up to scratch. No power point in ensuite bathroom, spiderweb everywhere, cockroaches seen on several occasions, saw mice that had bitten into fruit. Host when contacted very helpful. Feel aircon in main area would be helpful . Overall a great house for a family or friends getaway. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun family times

We had a big family holiday (13 of us + 2 dogs) at this rollicking holiday house in Sapphire. It was so well equipped, and the beautiful pool is surrounded by lush tropical plants and incredible scenery. Plus it's a really short drive to Moonee Beach Plaza, with everything you need shopping-wise, and a short hop either into Coffs Harbour or up to beautiful Emerald Beach. Row and Shelley were great at communicating with us and helping out with a couple of requests. A wonderful extended family holiday!

Great farm stay

The house was very easy to get to, great location very close to beach, parks and shops and short drive into coffs harbour. Scenery was stunning and waking up to the kookaburras and friendly horse waiting for her carrot was fantastic every morning. There was ample linen and towels for everyone and beds were toasty warm and very comfortable for the middle of winter. If i had to fault the house, it could have been cleaner. Nothing major but could definitely do with a detailed clean. Also there was nowhere secure for our small dog to stay outside aside from in the pool area which isnt ideal. Overall a great stay with family, thankyou.

Outstanding Escape!

We just spent a week here with 2 families. We were chilled from the minute we arrived. The home has everything you will need to unwind. Plenty of space to find you're little corner and relax. Roland & Michelle are terrific hosts keen to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. Not that we needed to call on them as they were well prepared for our stay. In terms of location it was perfect. We hit the local beaches with Moonee Beach a favorite along with the local shopping centre and Tavern where we had dinner and Trivia night one evening. A great day drive through Nana Glen around to Dorrigo down waterfall way to Bellingen was also a highlight. Do yourselves a favour, grab some friends and head to this wonderful part of the world and you won't be disappointed you stayed here at Sapphire Beach. P.S. say hi to Shadow & Soda for us!!

Very happy with the home overall. Plenty of room for an extended family. Main problem was outside of the bedrooms, the extra bedding was uncomfortable for adults. Saggy and foam mattress. Luckily we took a couple of blow up beds. Our host was great, nothing was too much trouble

Plenty of space

Lovely private property that had plenty of room for our large group to enjoy. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and the kitchen well equipped for cooking for our group.
