“What a lovely place to stay! Stayed here for a night for work nearby. The room was pretty, the bed super comfortable, the temperature lovely and cosy, the bathroom toiletries and bed linens all super high quality. Wi-Fi was strong and meant I could work. But best of all, they really had thought of everything in the room… a thoughtful and plentiful hamper of breakfast items and treats; a mini fridge with fresh milk, juice, water, fruit and chocolate; a hairdryer; and even a pretty stone coaster……

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”

“Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice. ”

“The room was absolutely delightful. The shower room & bathroom were spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water. The tea tray also had a couple of packets of biscuits. I liked the fact that I could switch the radiator off at night. The window also opened. The bed was comfortable. I will return.”

“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”
