“Didn't have any complimentary breakfast. Place looked run down inside and out. Couldnt understand the desk worker. Beds were hard and tv didn't work. 100% don't recommend.”

“The hotel's showing its age. The AC was noisy, beds have seen better days. The staff was very helpful getting us settled.”

“Staff was very rude, I asked questions about room and host became very condescending and controlling and ultimately told me he would not honor my reservation. I am a late stage cancer patient and wanted to be sure room would be sufficiently clean just by what you could see. It was very dated and there were family hanging out everywhere… the host seemed very engaged with them more so then being hospitable to a guest. Would never stay there anyway, but I was exhausted from road trip. Over priced……

“If you spill anything on the bedding you might as well take it. My husband spilled whine some got on the sheet, we were nice and let them know, so they charged us for it after washing. If I had known that I would have just took the sheet home since I was being charged for it anyway”

“The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom toilet was a little low, but overall, I think the hotel was nice.”

“Clean room and linens, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I would stay there again. The lobby and hallway smelled really nice but they should put the smell in the rooms because the smell in there wasn’t very good at first till I sprayed with Lysol.”

“Service desk for check in was not friendly. When I entered my room to use the bathroom, the toilet was not working. Hand towel had been used and there was toilet paper in the toilet. Hand soap was also used. Went back to service desk to get a different room, attendant did not say sorry or do an upgrade. When we discussed parking, he had not given me the full information on how I would pay for the garage, etc. I picked this hotel because it was highly rated, but that was not my experience.”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“Great hotel that is very clean and everything you need is there. Love that they provide tons of towels.”

“Room was clean and quiet. It appeared that the facility was getting some updates which it needed. Breakfast was very minimal but we actually didn't have time for anything more. The hotel met our basic needs for a one night stay.”

“Curtain rod ripped out of wall. Walls had dirt all over, there was dust every where, bathroom not cleaned.”
