“The parking was very limited. The computer crashed when I arrived. There were no smoking signs every where, but motel smelled like a lit cigarette. Housekeepers making plenty of noise before 8am, way before checkout. Definition of you get what you pay for.”

“We had our AC not working for 2 days and no TV for days. We were asked to move to another room with more pathetic AC. We came back to earlier room. The breakfast was not refilled after 8:15. They are not stocked properly and same with coffee too.”

“Room is very small. Very few instruments even no shampoo.”

“I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
