“my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. There is a regular size fridge (love it) and anything you need to be able to cook meals there. The yard is safely fenced in and we had our puppy and that worked out great. “Chuck and Kelli were great hosts. I needed an iron, and Kelli provided it right away. We had everything we needed...coffee maker, refrigerator, comfy bed, charging stations, guide on what to eat and where to visit. Sweetie Pies was a great recommendation for breakfast on Main St. We went there twice! The property is filled with fruit trees, chickens, two kitties, and a lovely patio. If we go back to Placerville, we'll definitely stay here.”

“We called ahead since we would be checking in after 7pm and we were sent the check in process. It was straightforward and waking up to the scenery was beautiful. ”

“Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. ”
