“Clean room, friendly staff, fresh breakfast ”

“everything was great”

“Hotel is pretty but nowhere near what you would expect for autograph. Upon arrival, none of the outlets near the bed were working. When I notified the staff, they pretty much told me that they should be and if they aren’t, well then sorry because there’s nothing they could do. The second issue was that our shower was not cleaned. The seat of the shaper had dried conditioner clumps and hair stuck to it. We woke up our second morning to the toilet above us flooding our bathroom floor, covering……

“It was sad that these rooms were renovated. They were not. It felt like I was back in the 1970s. The room smelled old. The appliances and furniture were old. Definitely not worth the price at all. If I could have checked right back out and gotten a full refund we would’ve done so. After check-in, we left to get something to eat and then we left very early in the morning.”

“This was an entirely different hotel from when I last stayed...We were safe and not bothered by anyone, but transients (drugs) are definitely housed here. The water and water pressure were great -- but the rooms do not have dishes, coffee makers, nor cookery, and they use too! This location is definitely neglected because of the new location across the highway..”
