"The first room they put me in had baby oil all over the floor bed was dirty and roaches running around. Second room the a/c didn’t work well and room was musty and also had roaches. I had a 3 day booking and left after 5 hrs. Asked for a refund they that was with hotels.com still haven’t received it after 48hrs. Will never stay at red roof inn again"

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."
