Best Resorts in Columbia

"When we came back to the room in the afternoon our door wasnt pulled shut properly and anyone could just push it open. I thought maybe we didnt pull it shut but house keeping was obviously in there (trash was taken). I told the front desk girl and she didnt seemed concerned at all and told me they probably just forgot to pull it shut. It was the FIRST room on the first floor that every single person had to wall pass. Anybody couldve SEEN it wasnt locked pulled closed all the way and took our stuff. Not happy."

"Very large resort. Room was decent size but bathroom was on smaller side for 4 star hotel. Lady at front desk said shed show us our room and proceeded by making a pen mark on map. Last 4 star walked us to the room. We had to ask best place to park for our room, wasnt told to us. Drove around the building to see construction on half the parking lot. When we left during the day couldnt find parking spot near our entrance. Wasnt a bad place but for the four star rating and price, there wasnt much help to us at all. Think staff could have more interaction with guests making them feel like they were at abgreat resort "

"Lots of things to do nearby. I would say the only con was the pillows. They were very small and flat for a king sized bed. Upgrade those, and it would be great. Loved the breakfast!"
