Great experience will stay here again

Very friendly environment. Comfy bed and room always very clean.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and in an easily accessible location. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Easy access, nearby dining options.

We really only needed the beds as we were in the area to visit family. The accommodations were beautiful and the beds were comfortable and inviting.

The room and hotel were both great. The local area was somewhat congested and the property around the hotel was small, but it was conveniently located near the highway and I had no complaints.

Restaurants nearby.

Thoroughly impressed to see housekeeping staff everywhere dedicated to tasks they were doing. Truly a cut above. A woman was cleaning and polishing the elevator. Sharing the space with her as we changed floors was inspirational. Very satisfied with sleep quality, furnishings and above all, the staff. A hotel this size gets all kinds of patrons. We checked in on a Saturday evening. There were young adults being rude in the parking lot and entrance to the lobby. A hotel attendant might have...

Safety and being clean. Breakfast good.

My grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.

It was very quite on our floor. The breakfast service was limited as we expected, but the staff was very solicitious and courteous. Also the maids were great, although we were asked to call the front desk to request any room request. All in all, we had an excellent stay!

This hotel & it's staff was excellent, I loved that it was close enough to a hwy & very centralized for sight seeing

From check in to check out, everything was great! Especially the service! The staff was nice and friendly! I would highly recommend this place!

This is my fifth stay at the Best Western Premier in Rockville. Each and every time since the first it has gotten better. I’ve had the most wonderful conversations with the staff… they know my name and they treat me like a good friend who is always welcome to stay. The executive suites are my favorite for its space and big windows. The bed is comfortable and the room is always clean. The location is super convenient… honestly I think it would be even better if they had live bands Thursday to...

Great hotel, staff and GM Amanda is the best!

We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There was not anyone in the pool or fitness areas. The suite was so spacious. The only complaint we had was the pool was freezing. Even our grandchildren got to cold to enjoy the pool. We had picked it so they would have an indoor pool to get in.

Free water at checkin & friendly staff

Went for a family event. Check in was smooth. Only issue was the elevator being out of service. Not a big deal for us but I could see it being an issue for others

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were excited to have the pool open as well as self-serve breakfast with modifications. My only complaint would be that the front desk staff we mediocre. There was not a friendly warmth that I've had at many other hotels. I needed towels and I was asked to come pick them up at the front desk. (assuming they were short staffed.) A separate time I asked and they said they would bring them to the room. No one ever came. Other than that we had a great...
