There were not enough towels for 4 people for a 2 day stay. There was not enough coffee or creamer for a 2 day stay. We killed 5 rather large spiders inside the unit.”

To make matters worse, there was a cake of hair between the tub and toilet, which made the lack of cleanliness impossible to ignore. The stairs even felt sticky to the point that I didn’t want to walk on them without shoes. The kitchen equipment was either broken, melted, or covered in cobwebs, making it completely unusable.
