"Our group was down for 2 days razor clam dig and guided river fishing. The house was perfect, great kitchen living room and decks. Our hostess called me the day before to make sure we had all the information we needed. She also stayed in communication to assist with solving a small request we had. Great property, great hosts."

"The house had everything you could possibly need. Very well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds. It was nice to have an outdoor sink with warm water when it came time to clean the clams. The elevator did turn out to be great for bringing the cooler and other stuff up to the main floor. The huge dining room table was nice for meals. The living room had no TV but we brought our own."

"Everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was amazing. Beds were great. Basement was awesome for the kids. The trail system and bridge to the beach was fantastic. Would definitely reccomend to others and would stay again ourselves 👍"

"My family found the perfect place to stay on the North Coast! It’s just outside of Pacific Beach in a gated community and an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and the large deck has a great view of the ocean. Plus there is an airport on the beach! The large kitchen and two bathrooms was very nice to have. There are also many board games and puzzles for some down time. My family, sister and dog, Ollie, had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit!"

"Beautiful and well appointed beach home. Everything we could have needed was there. We are late boomers so don't care about a microwave😃. My Sister said that she wished that the window chairs were on a swivel to turn and look outside. It was comfortable and had a wonderful feel. I liked the inclusion of the property 's history in the folder. The beds are very firm for my taste but it's difficult to make that choice for everyone as a host. "After getting through the first 24 hours, which included trying to track down towels, garbage bags and sheets, it was a great trip. Vacasa did come through the next day and made it right, so I appreciate the follow through. Best outdoor deck with view and super comfy beds! Walk to the beach is manageable and drive to town is about 15 minutes. Kitchen is well stocked, but bring extra TP, PT, trash bags, dish pods and laundry detergent, as they only give you one. Great layout for large families!"
