“Well I love this property always fantastic however as I was blowing drying my hair (with the hair dryer that’s provided in room) it literally blew up a big pow and smoking really bad and the stench was disgusting I’m pretty sure I had a heart attack lol obviously wasn’t expecting this to happen other than that it was a fantastic stay as usual I did tell the front desk when I was checking out and he said that would look into it so to future guests be careful when using the provided hair dryers……

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“The website and descriptions were deceiving. We got The Queen sweet, the pictures made it look much bigger and cleaner. The "free continental breakfast" did not include hot food, it costs extra to include any eggs, bacon or sausage. Room service did not remake the bed, or fill any toiletries or soap dispensers. The jacuzzi was dirty around all the jets and the room smelled as though the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. Other than that it was a good location for an affordable……

“Hot tub was adequately warm although bubblers didn't work. The pool was not heated. King and quen beds are not available and the restaurant is not open. Adequate for one night stays as may be required. ”

“The restaurant staff were awesome and so was the food. The spas were amazing but the pool should be closed for maintenance. Parking was good. Loved the balcony view of the water wild life, beautiful.”

“A little worn, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Check out time too early and some upgrades needed but otherwise I would stay again.”
