“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。”

“Room was very spacious. Every room having either a balcony or walk out is a plus. Pool is large and clean. Breakfast was better than expected, fresh fruit, waffle maker, bacon, eggs, etc. The rooms could have been cleaner, but other than that, very happy and would stay again for sure.”

“Initial room had stained/torn cover sheet on bed and toilet bowl had not been cleaned thoroughly. Upon speaking to front desk we were given upgraded room which was very nice ! Customer service saved the night!!”
