“Great hotel, lovely rooms and comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Used the car park which is underground but has loads of space as it’s used by the museum visitors. Staff really good, plenty of them working in bar, restaurant etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s quirky, full of character. ”

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”
