“The location and service are OK. Noise from underground was not big. However, we got Room 308 which appears to be beneath the 4/F restaurant and it got noisy in the morning.”

“The hotel location is slightly misleading. It is set back from the street, through a courtyard. My room then looked out of the back of this courtyard, overlooking a public two-storey garage - a dreadful and slightly noisy view. The hotel area is good, however, to access Milan centre either on foot or via the M1 subway. It is good for going to the San Siro as well.”

“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. The tile floors in the unit developed a light covering of water droplets that was……

“They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did……
