Beautiful property and great place to stay.

The property was beautifully maintained. Our room was so relaxing to stay in with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The owners were amazing, kind, and so hospitable. The daily breakfast is so amazing and plentiful, and the afternoon wine and cheese is a great way to relax after a busy day. Centrally located inn, and parking on premise. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Looking forward to coming back to visit Newport again!

Our stay was very comfortable and we were very impressed how at-home we felt. The overall appearance and cleanliness was impeccable and every one of our needs was met. I would recommend the Hilltop Inn over a chain hotel any day.

A lovely experience at this quaint, old fashioned B&B. They own a few different houses on the street - a short 5 minute walk to the marina & "downtown", and a short 5 minute drive to the main beach with a few more minutes to the mansions and historical district. Staff were very accommodating, checkin and checkout a breeze, breakfast was homemade & delicious beyond our expectations, free parking...
