“Great location, very quiet, just a few minutes from downtown. There’s easy access to wineries and a short drive to the coast, Cambria, Morro Bay and Cuyacos. Studio was very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies, a hot plate to cook on and a microwave. The place is updated with air conditioning, tv streaming services (Roku tv) and ceiling fan. Comfortable king size bed, dresser for clothing as well as a portable rack to hang up clothes. Updated bathroom with quality materials. If we’re up in……

“The Cozy farmhouse is very comfortable, clean and quiet. I have stayed here a few times now and plan on staying again. It is close to everything, downtown, many wineries, a short walk to Trader Joes. I highly recommend this cozy place!”

“Check in was good. A little difficult to communicate with the check-in manager but we managed to get everything worked out. The unit was lovely as was the next door neighbor. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to fit into the side space with our Jeep. If you have a larger car, it probably would not fit and you would have to find street parking. We were unable to find street parking while we were there. The small kitchen was perfect and the fridge was nice and cold, not just a beverage……
