“We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with.”

“Well-equipped condo, nicely remodeled, with nice amenities. Plenty of extra blankets and towels, bottled water in the fridge. In-unit full size laundry.Great communication with the host - easy check-in and out”

“This place is on a golf course, but it's not Augusta. The first night there was not hot water and there were roaches in the bathroom. The second night started off with 2 cop cars and a bunch of people yelling in the parking lot. Followed by the neighbors yelling at each other until 3am (I am pretty sure they are getting divorced). Walking up to the door, you pass a toilet sitting on sidewalk and the stairway smells like poop. On a high note, the bedding was clean. ”
