"The property is well furnished, clean and quiet. Very close to many places- Beale St, Lorraine Hotel, Mississippi River is just down the street. Communication with the owner was easy, they responded to questions quickly. Parking is secure. Definitely need to use the map for the parking lot that the owner provides. This was our first time visiting Memphis and will definitely stay here again for a second trip."

"The place was great and the residents in the building were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Parking is on the street which during a festival wasn’t ideal, but we really didn’t have any issues. The hallway to the building smelled like marijuana, but the apartment did not and was clean and perfect for what we needed. We also got quick responses from the host which was helpful."
