“It was beautiful! Make sure u locate your room before excepting it. We had the end ocean view but the building next door totally blocked everything to the right. We had room 713. It was beautiful but only half beautiful”

“When we arrived, we were very disappointed that the pool was not open, we did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. We brought our concerns to the manager, Brittany, she was extremely helpful and rectified many of our dissatisfaction. She listened to us and let us know we were heard. She did her best to make our stay enjoyable. She is definitely an asset.”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“The rooms looked clean, but there was cereal under the sink. The water never got hot, and I hate taking warm showers! I also do not think you should have to pay for parking, especially when you are paying over $600 per night! I do appreciate getting a room at a good location for the Monster truck event. There should also be extra trash bags when you are staying longer than a day. The staff was nice except for the check in person who seemed like she had an attitude and that I was bothering……

“Everything was great except the parking. It did not meet ADA requirements for the number of handicap parking spots. Most of the parking was two blocks away.”

“Liked that the sky view room on the 7th floor was spacious and updated. The pull out sofa was broken but the sofa itself was clean and comfortable . Loved location,view and front desk staff were great!”

“Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind and accommodating... The only issue I had was the not so kind facial expressions given by the staff working the continental breakfast.. They seemed quite annoyed ( dirty looks)that I had come down and filled up my plate.. but they did not understand was that my three children were sleeping and my husband and I was getting food for them. It wasn't just for me..”
