“Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. My teen girls and I LOVED the cucumber infused water in the lobby! It helped up stay hydrated on the way out to and from the beach. Rooms were simple but clean. Breakfast was good. Balcony and view were awesome!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s our spot. We’ve stayed here before, but this time the kids and I decided to make it our permanent Virginia Beach place. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful as well. It’s a really short walk to the beach from the parking lot. We didn’t have to drive the whole time we were here. Everything you need is within walking distance. Walgreens, Restaurants, 711. There’s an outdoor shower to……

“Nice spot”

“Starts off with the tiniest circle to pull your car up in. It was backed up into the street. The elevator doors will literally close on you. The water pressure is horrible in the shower. About threw my back out trying to open the door to the balcony everytime. Smelled of cigs and weed each time the air came on, the air also sounding like our trash collection truck that comes to our house each week.”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“I love that the room did not have carpet and extra clean towels and travel needs such as toothbrush, clean towels and iron located in hallway locker for guests. The only thing I did not like was the stinky carpet smell near 5th floor elevator. Carpet needs to be deep cleaned or removed. It smelled really bad.”

“The hotel overall is great. Right on the beach side with an amazing balcony view, depending on your room. The bed was great and soft, and the room was clean. The front desk staff were supper helpful, friendly, and answered all the questions I had. Would’ve have the hotel 5 stars but, as with everything in life, nothing is perfect. The outdoor pool is small, like really small. The indoor pool is a nice big size but it’s usually filled with kids, which makes it annoying sometimes, but what can you……
