Crofton Residences

Great stay!! All of the staff was incredible! Especially Channing

Great breakfast and hot tub

Clean, Comfortable, and great service.

This was my first time at this brand of hotel so I didn’t have any expectations. I was surprised in a good way. The room was well appointed for a short stay and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The gym was small but had everything I needed for a couple of workouts. There was also a very well stocked breakfast in the morning. I have special food needs and I found plenty to eat. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I had never been there before but will definitely go back.

Great staff! Appreciated the shuttle service. I'll revisit.

We booked our stay after I had a surgical procedure. We were thoroughly pleased with our hotel choice. The facility was very clean. The color choices throughout the hotel were uplifting and calming. The deco was modern and fresh. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus for being close to so many shopping/food options and easy access to the interstate! We would definitely book again for leisure or a weekend getaway!

Lovely property in the heart of Annapolis. Quiet yet convenient to downtown. Connor was awesome! He took care of our every need.

Lovely property centrally located near all that I needed.

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

I had a great stay with my daughter very convenient to get to the stores walking distance for small items and personal care, groceries our stay felt like home in the hotel very peaceful ,and the food served there was really good the nice lady Suzanne awesome she answered our questions we like the air so was able to dine out in the backyard. She was very patient and friendly as most of the staff.

Great price for the amenities and modern rooms with kitchenette. No stove but burner upon request. We used the outdoor barbecue. On site free laundry and gym. Free shuttle to the train station and airport. We took the train into Washington DC and had a great time. The room was clean and updated with a city flats feel. We loved it here and plan to return.

Love the property it was a beautiful beautiful hotel and experience definitely recommend!!

Staff, cleanliness, safety

It was a really good experience it was very clean

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, only thing is that you have to pay for parking which is $12 a day and that adds up if you’re stay for a few days plus you have to pay to use the

It was nice the only things were air conditioning unit needed instructions for guest to work it properly for there stay, the bed was hard, and the frigerator wasn't cold. Other than those quick fixes it was good.

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.
