"We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem."

"The room was perfect size for 2 people. It was homey feeling and did not have to pay for parking. It was 20ish minutes from everything we wanted to do. The bed was still wet when we got there and reeked of bleach. It seeped through one of my shirts and destroyed it. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. The owner still had laundry down stairs and said he would come in later to get it after we checked in. We waited till he got it to do anything. The door to their house is only lockable...

"This was a great place to stay with everything you needed. I loved the furniture in the house and it was well decorated, not to mention the neighborhood was quiet and close to all these good restaurants. Parking was a breeze for us since we drove in two cars. We parked in the wrap around driveway. There is a small fenced in back yard so it was perfect to let the dog run around and do his business. The host was great and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. "

"Great location but horrible noise level AT the property as well as someone else’s hair in the carpets in our room. The property manager communicated well, however, we shouldn’t have had to ask on more than one occasion for his tenant to stop playing his game so loudly at night. We also shouldn’t have had someone else hair in our room and on our belongings. Would not stay again. "

"The listing was a bit misleading. It was described as a 2-bedroom, but it was actually just one bedroom and a cot in the basement. There was no real kitchen—only a fridge and microwave, and no sink, which made things a bit inconvenient. Also, the ceilings were quite low, around 6 feet, so not ideal for tall people. That said, check-in was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. Just wish the listing had been more accurate."
