“Tried to check in after booking through Expedia only to be told that there was no booking in my name and they had no rooms available despite my booking a reference from Expedia and the money been taken from my account and which has still not been refunded to me. Very disappointed with both the Hotel and Expedia”

“Very poor upkeep of building and rooms. Room was unclean and very dilapidated. Paid £9 for breakfast which was a tiny plate of mini muffins and mini croissants to choose from. Drinks machine with only tea cups available which meant the contents ran out into the machine and spilled over. Would definitely not recommend staying here.”

“We stayed a couple of week days and were allocated a lovely room in the annex. Bed was really comfortable and room was well decorated. Lovely quiet location. Food in the restaurant was excellent too. I recommend the hanging seafood kebab. We attended a family event in the on-site function room and this was well catered. One couple decided to stay the night even though they lived locally as there were already a number of us staying there for the family event. The last remaining room was a family……
