“There were details described in the VRBO ad, as well as the general state of the home, facilitated this poor rating. Here is the list of identified inaccuracies & problems:- ad states spices are available. Other than salt and pepper, there are no spices.- ad states that king size beds are in both bedrooms. They are queen size beds, not king size.- ad says there is a futon available. There is no futon in this apartment. There was a blow up mattress in a closet, which is definitely not a futon.-...

However, the cleanliness was disappointing: we found toilet paper behind the beds and on the floor, and the stove was greasy and dirty. There was no dishwasher soap, and the TV remote was never found. Also, communication with the host was poor ”
