Relax with family and friends in this updated 3 bed 2 bath home with a screened veranda with eating space and a large fenced backyard for pets, kids, privacy, and a gate to park your boat. Enjoy BBQ's, arcade games, backyard games and more. Home features 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, full over full bunkbed in the 3rd bedroom, and stocked kitchen. Minutes to beautiful downtown Crystal River, dining, Three Sisters Springs, and Fort Island Gulf Beach.

The space
Our home has everything you need for a great vacation! The sleeping arrangements work out great for a group of friends or family with kids. We have 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 full over full bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom can sleep up to 8 comfortably. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook during your vacation. The fully screened veranda has a large table to enjoy meals, gathering and playing games, or enjoying the Florida heat. There's also a BBQ as well. The fully fenced backyard is great for kids to play, pets to roam, and playing games. We have a large gate that opens to the backyard and side of the house to safely park your boat and trailer. We have 2 arcade games and a closet of board games and card games for the whole family to enjoy.
