"Kevin at checkin was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the signage was not clear. It was confusing to try to find different areas: parking garage, restaurants, etc. "

"We needed a room for the night while travelling on our way to GSMNP. This inn had great reviews, and was like classic inns along the road rather than the big name standard places to stay. It had all we needed...a clean room and a comfortable bed, small but sufficient bathroom (again so very clean!). The surrounding area was lovely. A beautiful park nearby. Gas station and breakfast across the road. There is a shopping area nearby that seems carried a lot of cherokee gift shops, if interested. I would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The room was clean and well equipped with towels, toilet tissue and facial tissue. Unfortunately, I couldn't adjust the air conditioner so it did get a little stuffy. There seemed to be a sewage back up when I got there. But it was corrected within a day. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay. I will stay again."
