The “luxury suite” was nice unfortunately only half the shower head functioned and all of the beds were like sleeping on lumpy rocks.
The slide at the pool was not working so the kids were disappointed.
The valet, check in staff, and waiters by the pool were friendly but other staff looked miserable.
We have stayed here every year for the past 5 years and it seems to be going down hill, especially for the price you pay.

Place was quiet and clean. Once I figured out the Landing app it was easy to use. Parking was available day and at night. The gym was great. There were a few things that needed repair but overall a great stay.
