“ Real fast was the high spot. Stayed a week and never was cleaned. Limited towels. ”

“Nothing about this hotel was right. The the way the pitchers look is not the way the room is they put us in a rodardy room. I asked for them to change the room. We're clean, they put us in another dirty room. That was smaller and did not accommodate what my reservation was. Then, I asked for the to just cancel the reservation and give me a refund. If they could not accommodate us. And they did not do that. We ended up spending a whole nother amount to go to another hotel and I have not heard……

“Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Could not hear any cars or trucks but heavy footsteps from upstairs and people talking from next door. Free simple breakfast. The air conditioner was a bit loud. Hallway smelled like smoke but room did not.”

“There are no rooms that are accessible for handicapped people. The stairs have a handrail on only one side with no elevator and no ground floor rooms. When I asked about how I would be able to get my bags and myself upstairs to my room, the desk clerk commented rather snidely that I should look for a different hotel. Not the slightest sign of sympathy or offer of assistance. The hotel is over 100 years old and it shows its age… not in a good way.”

“Breakfast hours were good from 6am-10am. Pool hours are very inconvenient should be from dawn until midnight for people who like a morning swim or a late night swim(especially when the desk is manned by staff). My rooms thermostat was broken. I noticed it after returning from a short trip to get food. I set it to 68F and it was at 98F when I returned 4 hours later. A male front desk staff asked to enter my room alone to try and fix the matter. Im very familiar with HVAC and I knew it could not……

“The beds were terrible. Walls are paper thin. The floors of the first floor rooms are absolutely FILTHY as in they don't get mopped. The only good thing is the staff was friendly upon check in.”
