“The 1st thing I noticed upon entering the building was an overpowering musty smell. The elevator didn't work (ok, I took the stairs, no big deal). “The rooms were tiny my bathtub had two cracks in it that had silicone in the bottom of it that was stick to the bottom of your feet when you took a shower the tub leaked all over the floor no comforters on the bed the refrigerator wouldn't barely get cold the TV has like 15 channels the pictures online do not match the motel the whole first and second floor smells like mold and mildew and the hot tub didn't get hot I'll never stay there again and I would advise you not to either”

“It took me an hour to check in. I made reservations through expedia which I do almost always and when I went to check in he told me expedia had used an addtional third party and the card info showing was not my info so he could not check me in and he couldn't call anyone himself. After 45 minutes of finally getting someone on the phone that I could understand they were finally able to get in contact with the hotel and get it straight. So i'm not sure if my complaint is with expedia or comfort……

“At first glance it looks nice but when we drove over to the room there was mattresses lined up against a wall it looked like they were renovating or something. The bed and sheets were clean but when I walked barefoot on the floor it was very sandy. No hot water in the bathroom sink. I guess you get what you pay for. We did not stay for breakfast so I'm sorry no review for that.”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
