We saw the outstanding reviews for this hotel and thought to give it a shot, nonetheless, rooms were dirty, spider-nets all over the place and on top of that, bedbugs have biten us. The staff though was very friendly,

Good location, short walk to shops and restaurants, hotel was very clean. The breakfast with a view was so lovely. Best of all was Percy who was so kind, helpful and wonderful!!

Great place to stay. Wherever you go in Cusco there is dirt and these guys work real hard at keeping their place really clean. Everyone was super helpful, respectful and kind. Rooms are tight but clean and cozy. We had one cold night but the area heater helped a lot. Rooms, beds, linens felt brand new. Place was very clean. My only complaint: they need a soap/shampu tray in the shower (we used the window) and more hangers in the bathroom for hand towels and towels. Hotel knows and will recommend good guides and taxi services. Hotel laundry service is too expensive (9soles/kg), there is a cheaper place around the block for half the price. Cheap eateries, atm, fruit shops nearby. San Pedro market 3 blocks away for souvenirs and eateries.
