“I showed up for my reservation, no one was there. Followed instructions rang door bell for entry and service. No response so I waited and walked the property. No response so I left and made other arrangements. Upon this time the property staff charged me the complete bill of occupancy for three days.”

“The Long Mountain Lodge was great! We were greeted by Don who was welcoming and showed us around. The amenities and homelike feel were spot on. The breakfast was outstanding and perfect to get you started on your day! The views were gorgeous but unfortunately it was cloudy the evening we were there so the sunset show was not seen. We will definitely be back!”
