"Staff was unprofessional "

"The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is a good place to stay while visiting Canada. It is close to everything like Canada Pl and the Seawall. The rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating. The gym had adequate equipment for a quick workout. Didn't have the chance to jump into the pool and sauna. Also, the hotel was very close to a Tim Horton. That is a very big plus for my family. "

"Harbourview room had amazing views! The hotel itself is outdated but cost efficient. They provide a $15 voucher towards lunch at their on site restaurant. "

"This place is top of the line. Lots of great places to eat around and a safe feeling area. Highly recommend the float plane tour from the harbour. The only complaint would be the parking charge which I feel was a bit excessive at $75/day. "

A special thank you to Milton for his assistance—he was welcoming, efficient, and made the late-night arrival pleasant for us. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. It’s a convenient feature if you’re planning a busy schedule in Vancouver. For future travellers: if you’re arriving late, don’t worry, the front desk is accommodating, and the process is quick. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and comfortable amenities in and around downtown. "
