"My recent birthday family trip presented an unexpected challenge during our stay. While I typically rely on familiar accommodations for peace of mind, this particular experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, it was evident that attention to detail was lacking in a key area. Specifically, the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities, particularly the tub did not drain, no coverings in the room the let out sofa was a significant concern. This oversight detracted from what is usually a comfortable and convenient travel arrangement. I believe maintaining high standards of hygiene is paramount for any hospitality establishment. Ensuring a pristine environment is crucial for guest satisfaction and overall well-being. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future. Also, the older lady bar tender and older bolded guy at social hour was picking and choosing who they wanted to pour better drinks for etc... The breakfast omelet guy was very professional and welcoming...the guest service experiences overall just wasn't right this time. Front staff was pretty okay. #FamilyTravel 🏨✨"

"Overall, our stay at Eurostars Hotel was pleasant, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. However, we experienced an issue with the room doors. Our initial room had a door that did not appear to close properly, leaving a noticeable gap that allowed conversations and other sounds from inside the room to be heard from the hallway. This became apparent when someone outside the room was able to hear activity inside and came to our door. The staff promptly moved us to another room, but we encountered the same issue, with an even larger gap around the door. We were informed that all rooms on that side of the hotel have similar door gaps and that no other rooms were available for relocation. While we appreciated the staff’s efforts to address our concerns, the lack of privacy caused by the door condition negatively impacted our stay."
