“The hygiene was terrible, and the pillows smelled strongly of bleach, which made it very difficult for me to sleep all night!”

“Positives: Nice location, friendly staff. Downside: No room service Odd fact: Breakfast was a bowl of Froot loops and M&Ms.”

“The things in the room are old. Especially the bathroom is very dirty and the toilet hasn't been cleaned.”

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room, even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”

“Great”

“The staff had a great attitude, and the bartenders were incredibly nice and welcoming. They even gave us complimentary water and were happy to answer our questions about the area. We had a great experience and will definitely return the next time we’re visiting Chicago!”
