Elevator does not go up to the second floor

Pros: Peacefulness
Cons: Daily opening of the exercise room and let people when they make a reservation that the elevator does not go up to the 2nd floor.
Location: Secluded location, but was it hard to find. More visible signs have to be set up on the way to the hotel.
Nice Hotel, but was difficult to find if you are coming for the first time. The elevator does not go up to the 2nd floor. The gym was closed on Christmas day and I don't know why? The explanation that I received was that the gym belongs to a company that is not related to the Hotel. When I made my reservation It was mentioned on the website that the Hotel has a gym and there was no information about Christmas day closure. This is not fair to the client. Breakfast was excellent and my kids had a lot of fun at the water park.

Family fun?

Pros: Not the barking live in dog we met during thanksgiving.
Cons: Change of scenery on a different floor even though we have kids, w don’t need to be on the first floor only.
Location: All the chain restaurants like TGIF, unos, and chili’s are ten min down the street.
The reason is because this is the second time here and we heard the same dog barking on the same floor. Besides that when we first got in,there was an opened blue cheese bottle that was left inside the fridge that we didn’t complain about. On top of that we left a do not disturb sign at the door and the next day we went to coco keys and back at 6pm and our room wasn’t cleaned. So I was not a little disappointed, but very disappointed because it’s funny that the house keeper didn’t check the fridge before people checked out but didn’t check in the whole day while we were out.

Not quite rude at check-in but not friendly. Service in lounge/restaurant slow and not especially friendly

Nice, clean hotel

We stayed here as it was close to family we were spending Thanksgiving with. Very nice, clean hotel. The staff was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

Weekend Stay

We were at hotel for a fitness conference. We have stayed at this location on a yearly basis from attending an annual church conference. We always enjoy our stay as it meets all of our needs of comfort and convenience.

Guest rooms near ballroom = bad experience

We were next to the ballroom. Sleep wasn’t an option due to the noise. Toilet had mold around the rim. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel, too much going on.

The staff was less than helpful with even a simple task of providing a phone number for ordering food. They changed my room without even asking me and did not compensate me in any way. They had too many weddings going on so the lounge was over crowded. There were people arguing outside of our window in the front of the building late at night.
