Matanzas riverfront
Very nice location with dock and beautiful sunsets. Two negatives - the grills were not, in my opinion, clean enough to use. Also, loud noise came from water heater in 2nd bedroom. Overall, however, a pretty nice place to stay

Great fishing Spot
It was nice to only have to walk about a hundred foot away to be able to go fishing on the dock with the beach only being about three-quarters of a mile away got some great shelling in nice and clean neighbors were awesome really enjoyed our stay
There is plenty of things to do especially if you love the outdoors. Bicycling and walking/running.
We enjoyed sitting out on the dock and watching the wildlife. It was a little chilly for the water sports this week but we had several great bike rides. The trails are excellent and begin across the street so no riding on the road needed. The house is clean and like new throughout and the property is a slice of the old natural Florida that I love. The beach is very close by walking or biking. Everything you need is close by also.

The home had all you’d ever need or want very comfy!! The property was gorgeous lots of wildlife in & out of the water!!! Close to great local food wonderful fresh fish !! We were on the dock from sun up to sunset 🌞🐬🌴😎loved it!!!
