“From the start, communication with staff was excellent. Check-in was very easy and smooth, as was check-out. I let them know we would be arriving soon and they replied with all instructions and info. Walking into our room, we were so happy with everything inside. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, kitchenette was stocked with coffee pods, muffins, and water. Our first trip to Hot Springs was amazing, and the Derby Inn was definitely a huge part of that reason. Air conditioner worked very well,……

“We liked the quaintness of our little cottage. We loved how they remodeled the property with retro themes. The housekeeper was nice and helpful. It's a check yourself in property, so not much chance for staff interaction. No one besides the housekeeper was on site. But, the owner was accessible through text and responsive. The dog park and dog waste container next to the cottages brought A TON of flies everytime we opened the door. Will recommend that you move it to the back corner of the dog……

“Do not ever stay at this hotel, no refrigerator or microwave. Nothing was as it said on website.very disappointing place, did not even have a coffee pot in the room or a place on premises to get a cup.”
