It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Lovely hotel. The staff at the front desk and Bar were very helpful. Our room was nice and tge bed very comfortable. The hotel was a reasonable walk from downtown Canterbury."

"The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The outside dining area however was full of left over glasses and plates that were not cleared away. Half of the tables were uncleared and dirty. In the inside dining area there were splashes of tea or coffee up the walls. Cleanliness was not as good as expected."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."
