“The property was nice but our room was very outdated and needs a lot of repairs. Everything was very banged up looking and several outlets didn't work. When we arrived at check-in time our room was not ready along with about 30 others standing in the hot lobby waiting to get in as well. We finally got in our room an hour after check-in time and the coffee maker was missing. Overall the pricing was way too high for the experience.”

“We had a bachelorette party and we had a great time! The yard is amazing. Plenty of places to sleep. When I had questions, they answered quickly. I also asked for an early check-in and late check-out and both were accommodated! It was great and we had a wonderful time.”

“I have not found anything that would rate as a complaint. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff answered questions about the area, local restaurants and attractions. They really provide a wonderful customer experience and customer service.”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“The home was not as depicted. The front door looked as if it had been kicked in. We opened the rear patio door and was unable to close it. The shades in all the rooms were either torn and ripped or unusable. The unit was filthy with ants in the silverware drawer and bugs throughout the house. The living room furniture was stained and dirty. We requested a refund because we did not stay due to safety issues with the doors. We did not get a refund, would not reccommed.”
