Found bed bugs in the bed. Have videos and photos of it. We need a refund and haven’t got one! We told the hotel desk woman about it. Showed her the video and shows us the bites we had. And told her the bed bugs was still on the bed.

"The hotel is aged, it is clean, the first night we were there we had no hot water and did not until later the next day. They also only have housekeeping services every 3 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we had no hot water had maintenance already working on fixing the issue. ..."

"I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool.."
