We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness.

The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience

Such a great stay! Would recommend. We stayed on the north side and the rooms was amazing.

Location was great! Walking distance to lots of things to do, places to eat, & the ballpark. Bed was good but the sheets were a bit stiff. The water pressure & temperature in the shower was all over the place…devil hot & coming out with okay pressure or it was barely warm & barely coming out. It made some pretty funky noises as well. There was a lot of space which was really nice. The museum was really cool & the valet was great. Disappointed the restaurant & room service closed early but it’s not healthy to eat & drink late night anyways. Overall it was a good stay for one night. I would stay again but only for 1 night trips.

I can't write a review that i wasn't at. When I was booking room for 11th to 12th which can up each time I was looking at the property.. Then for some reason it changed to 1st-2nd when I booked it which I did not catch. Started the process to cancel or change dates as soon as I realized the problem. Hotel would not allow the change. So I will not be staying at this property in the future.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.
