Staff were very helpful and the rooms and public spaces were clean and tidy. The hotel is well located with Denver’s premier mall close by along with some great restaurants. My only criticism, if you are on vacation is that housekeeping can take a long time to service the room - in our case 4pm.

Quick 2 day trip and last minute. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Cherry Creek is so cute with a ton of restaurants and bars and coffee shops. All walkable. Tyler at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We took yoga and Liz was awesome inviting us into the class with many member regulars. The pool was clean and the food at the pool was great. The bar downstairs was SO good too. Would go back 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11.

This hotel is in a great location, very clean and the decor is lovely. We booked this hotel six months before we travelled. We booked this location because we wanted to be in Cherry Creek Most of the concerns we faced surrounded the front desk. When we checked into our hotel it wasn’t ready yet which was fine. They were to text when the room was ready. We didn’t receive a text. We pre-arranged for the room to have two beds but when we got there they said the hotel was full. We received a room with one bed. One girl in our group slept on the cot the other two shared a bed. Housekeeping was good other than they left the dirty mugs and didn’t replace new ones for coffee. Called front desk for mugs but didn’t receive. We had a $32 food credit when we booked but when you try to use the food credit, they charge you $17 service fee for room service. We went downstairs to eat instead. This is an expensive place we were surprised how disorganized the hotel front desk was and communication issues. Some staff maybe new as they were unfamiliar with transportation methods to red rocks. A nearby restaurant helped us out figuring that out. Some attitude at the front desk at check-in. Positives- Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel and room very clean. Young girl that worked in the restaurant was so very friendly and helpful. I wish I got her name.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at The Clayton Hotel on our recent trip to Denver, Colorado. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the valet was prompt and courteous, the front desk was warm and welcoming, our room was sparkling, clean and very comfortable, the restaurant and bar provides excellent food and beverages in a very relaxing yet upscale setting, and the hotel is located in the heart of Cherry Creek North, one of Denver‘s premier areas to stay. We would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to the Mile High City.
