Experience old-world charm and modern-day comfort at our restored 1920s farmhouse duplex! This upper level, pet-friendly suite features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a redesigned kitchen and sunroom. Shared outdoor amenities include a hot tub, pergola, backwoods-style firepit, and ping pong table. The downstairs unit of the duplex is also available for guests.

Nearby dining, shopping, & attractions, quick access to I-70. Make this lovely retreat your home away from home during your Colorado stay!

This residence has two separate units, an upstairs and downstairs suite. You'll be staying in the lower level unit and with its own private entrance. The outdoor spaces and amenities are *shared* by both units. If you are interested in booking both suites, please check out our other listing featuring the entire home or message us for more details.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property on the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

BEDROOMS:
Each of the three bedrooms in our revived 1920s farmhouse duplex offers a cozy and inviting refuge. Featuring comfortable queen/full beds, soft linens, and ample storage space, each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night's rest.

The first bedroom is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed with plush bedding, widescreen TV, a sliding door closet, and a dresser for your belongings.

The second bedroom is equally cozy, with a queen-sized bed, TV, a side table with a lamp, a closet plus a dresser for all your storage needs. Soft lighting and neutral tones create a warm atmosphere, a great space to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Escape to your own hideaway in the spacious third bedroom on the top floor, featuring a rustic-industrial interior design. Sink into the plush full bed, which is accompanied by a side table, built-in dresser, closet, and upholstered bench for additional seating.
