This unique apartment is located in Denver's Capitol Hill Neighborhood. The apartment features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a small room with a it perfect for couples or small families to vacation in the Mile High City. The kitchen features high-end amenities and is stocked with what you need to cook a gourmet meal. It might be small, but it is apartment's owner is a professional chef!

**Note-This apartment is in a fantastic location but does not have an elevator! You will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit.

Cap. Hill three story walk-up on E 12th.
The check-in was awkward because the key box didn't work very well. It was inoperable when we were checking out. It is something the manager should work out. We had issues with the internet both inside the unit and with Century Link that was not the owner's fault. Communications with the management was from excellent to non existent when we couldn't reach them. The neighborhood was lovely with historic buildings galore. Parking was difficult, but we were prepared for that because we were advised of that when we booked the room. It was convenient for us while in Denver.

Lovely little apartment
The apartment was super cute and the location was perfect! I saw no evidence of the camp that was mentioned in earlier reviews, the area seemed clean and safe. Only note is there is a pipe for steam release that is in the kitchen, and it did turn on when I was there and woke me up in the middle of the night. The owners informed me they are typical in old building in the area and it would turn off on its own. It took a while, but it did turn off. Overall, I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Quaint and convenient but not a real 2 bedroom
Great place for a couple or parents with one child. Bathroom is shared in the master. The amenities are great, local nice but there was a homeless camp in the alley behind the house and we never got a third towel. The place was great but I felt like the owner didn’t know what was really there.

I was disappointed. The apartment was listed as 2 bedroom, but is only 1, with a very small day bed. Also the front door key was difficult to unlock to get into the building. I would not recommend this particular apartment to anyone in the future unless some corrections are made.

Great location!!! Nice neighborhood.
My friend and I stayed from 5/3-5/8/22. Although our initial reaction of the property was very good; we noticed that we needed towels and the cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t up to our standards. We spoke with the property manager (Scott) and the admin (Rachel). They provided us with brand new towels and were very receptive to the areas addressed and refunded us more than half our money. All in all an experience that was made much better before the end of our trip. I’m sure the next visitors will be very happy. I am confident that the property manager will make sure this property is perfect.
