Upon checking in we walked into a room that smelled terrible with food left in the fridge and microwave, had prints on the mirror and was overall filthy. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to the situation so they relocated us to a suite on the 3rd floor (room 304). However, this was the nastiest room I've ever seen. It smelled like a dog pee, dog hair was embedded in the carpets which appeared to have never been washed, dust piled on surfaces, uncomfortable sofa bed, bathroom floors and shower walls were clearly left unattended to as well. An outdated space is the least of their worries, honestly.Customers should be made aware of these conditions prior to booking. I would never stay here again. In fact, a refund should be issued.

Sheets were dirty the first night we showed up and they didn’t have any clean sheets to replace them with. We didn’t even stay there the rest of our trip and was charged for our first night even though we left after 3 hours of being there

We were able to get a room the night of after a terrible experience at another hotel. They were so accommodating and kind. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed their breakfast every morning. Thank you!!

It was the cheapest hotel in the area for a reason... on the surface it was clean enough in the room. The area is really sketchy and you access your room from the outside so that was a little nerve wracking with the fam.

The locks on the door were broken, making the stay uncomfortable and unsafe the door has a gap so you hear everything going on outside, the furniture was dusty and dirty. I ended up leaving the next morning & was told I would get a call from the manager that same day, she still hasn't called.

The room was very dirty. The beds had been cleaned and the towels were changed, but there was empty cans in the bathroom, sunflower seeds under one bed, cigarette butts under the other. It smelled so bad of smoke. We went and bought a candle, linen spray, disinfectant wipes and new pillows. I know you get what you pay for and I was trying to save on our trip but that was a bit much! For some reason housekeeping would only clean half of the room and one bed was always left. I tried to get in touch with the manger for 3 days and was always told she wasn’t there. The staff was nice when I talked to them so that’s a plus.

Well everyone was nice but i asked for more towels for the next day and the girl at the counter said she would let someone know and get them but we never got them so that's the only thing i didn't like and she didn't have a name tag on so i don't know her name but it was the girl there when we were checking out on Sunday so if that helps idk. But over all it was great. Thank you much Room # 203 was our room. Thank you De Ann

Our door would not completely close. There was dog poop on the walkway outside of our room that was left for multiple days. The trash cans right outside our door were overflowing for multiple days. The food at the breakfast was cold even when sitting in a heated dish. There were dust and dirt particles all around our room. The towels were stained. The pool was cloudy and slightly green.

The first impression is that the little girl behind the desk was rude and lazy. I walked in 9 mins before check in and she told me.id have to come back at 3 although, when i walked out another guest walked in and she checked him in. Infuriating! The room was dirty, the bathtub was soooo disgusting, its out dated and it looks like the door had been previously broken into by the look of the lock and guard plate. The room keys worked off and on, the beds sunk down in the middle. People smoke allover the property near your car so when you get in it smells like an ashtray. Don't ever stay here. Ever!!
