This beautiful basement apartment was designed to accommodate the needs of traveler that come to the Denver area for business or pleasure. Think of this as your home away from home. It is designed for a peaceful and tranquil experience for our guests. This space has blackening shades and curtains, with noise reducing insulation in ceiling to provide for more restful sleep. It has a full kitchen, a Kohler tub, heater flooring in BR, with Washer/Dryer in Unit for your convenience. And an amazing wood-burning fireplace. The couch converts to a queen size Serta bed for your guests that may come in for a visit.

***Early check in at 2 pm ($25) and late check out at 1 pm ($25) - based on availability. Contact Mj within 24 hours of check in to determine availability for an early check in or a late check out.

Mom and Daughter Trip
I visited Denver for a business conference, then stayed for a vacation. My mom flew out to join me. MJ was very responsive to messages and explained everything well. It was cold enough to snow on our visit but we never got cold. We made great use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. A far better value than staying in a hotel!

Awesome Denver Stay
My girlfriend and I loved this apartment for our New a years trip to Denver. We went to Decadence at the convention center downtown, and the location was perfect for getting in and out of downtown, while also being in a quiet location. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for the two of us. It was walking distance to the train which took you to downtown and other places. It was clean, easy to find, and MJ was always quick to respond. Before our stay I asked about public transit and she provided me with so many options of transit and things to do. It was an above-and-beyond response.

Cute Quaint and Great Location
This basement apartment was really nice and located near Target, Starbucks, grocery store, Chick fil A, etc. I had great communication with the owner and the kitchen is pretty stocked, especially with seasonings if you want to cook. The TV has a Roku with plenty of channels. The temperature was pretty good and the floor warmer in the bathroom was a plus. Overall, great experience!

We really enjoy our weekend in Denver and so glad we found this spot! MJ was a great communicator and the place worked out so well for us! Two adults and one 20 year old daughter. Would definitely stay here if we come back to Denver. Location was great too - close to Cherry Creek and a short drive to downtown and easy to get to Red Rocks! Thanks so much MJ!

Great Clean Apartment
The space is clean and great especially if you plan on spending time in Denver. It's about a 15 minute drive and only a 5 minute drive from DTC (Denver Tech Center). With hwy 25 only a couple of blocks away access to any drives around the Denver area were quick and easy. The location, I found, even if outside of downtown was close and accessible to many things. Especially great food! I definitely recommend this space which includes a full kitchen, laundry and comfy bed!
