In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first two set-ups (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) for guests of this condo are available for a discounted rate $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. East 1105 offers an inviting open-concept living area. Furnishings have been updated to enhance your view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and provide flexible seating and sleeping arrangements. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper and the oversized chair converts to a twin sleeper. A rolling ottoman provides either additional seating or a place for your feet as you watch the game or your favorite movie on the 65-inch 4K smart TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows with quality interior shutters that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony that provides unrestricted views of the beach from east to west. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The attached, private master bathroom was completely renovated in 2023. It features a soaker tub, a generous, walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. It, too, was completely renovated in 2023.
