“I gave this stay excellent ratings across the board because, while it wasn’t a luxury hotel experience, they did an amazing job with what they have in such a remote location. The domes were clean, warm, and ready for us on time. The staff was very attentive and seemed to be constantly working to make sure everyone had hot water, clean facilities, warm bedding, and good food. They also offered inexpensive home-cooked meals, plus fun little extras like snacks and hot cocoa for our family. The……

“Emplacement très bien pour le départ de Salkantay Trek, il aurait été bien de prévenir que l’électricité se couperait à 19h. Pas d’eau chaude non plus dans les douches.”

“the owner is amazing person food is super good location is perfect ”

“It was an excellent experience with amazing views from our room. Very unique adventure. We did have an issue with losing hot water in middle of a shower in the morning could not rinse off. We ordered our dinner at 3:00 to deliver to our room at 7:00, however it was not delivered until almost 8:00. For price paid there should be no issues”

“Luxury n comfort. Great for resting after days of hiking. Must try the tasting menu at hawa restaurant. ”

“Todo bien pero mucho ruido de madrugada, a partir de las 6:00 am Dificil dormir despues de esa hora”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The only issue was using laundry that destroyed two of my T-shirts. Otherwise everything was perfect’”

“Definitely every single person who visit Cusco should be staying at this hotel. Everything is amazing, wonderful! I do not have words to describe this place. Food is amazing, super yummy, service is great and the owners are amazing as well. This place is quiet… you can find peace and happiness. People can do yoga and meditation. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are incredible clean . Seriously food is really good, every corner of this place is a dream. Free yummy breakfast was the best!”

“Absolutely hands down our best experience in all of Peru, from the moment we booked and the communication in transportation to the hand crafted food for each person with love to petting the farm animals to the spectacular views! BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will not regret it. PS Gerson is the best 100/100!! 🏆”

“超喜歡，民宿老闆人非常的好，為我們解決非常多的問題，房間也很乾淨，熱水跟吹風機一應具全”

“这是一个非常奢华的体验，120平米的独立别墅，带浴缸、两个淋浴和hottub。山谷里的世外桃源，安静，适合身心修养。员工质朴、自然、有效。安排了各种活动，尤其是每天三次的喂羊驼，很好玩。如果来Colca Canyon 这里是必来之地。餐厅服务贴心，厨艺很赞！棒！”

“I booked and paid for a King room with a balcony several months before our trip. When we arrived we put a room with a sort of balcony, closed in with the diners from the Cafe next door (which they owned) less inches from our room. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. When I initially complained I was told the Cafe shuts at 7pm so there will be no one there after that . To make things worse my card was charged for the room a second time on check in. Once we were settled I found the……

“Helpful and friendly staff. Some of the best unobstructed mountain, stream, and ruinas views in Ollantaytambo right from inside room and from balcony! Great convenient location.”

“The place was good and relaxing but it is away from town. No activities in hotel. Good if you want to relax before or after machu pichu. Room is clean and has good views. Breakfast was nice”

“Amazing stay...very beautiful family hosting the guests and making sure all is well”
