“We had a wonderful stay overall at the crane. The grounds are mature and lush, the staff is friendly and helpful, the varied dining options were great, the pools and activities were great fun. We loved the village feel and the room we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped.
The only points for improvement would be 1) it was tough to get a great coffee (both in room and at the various restaurants), and 2) there needs to be more amenities for teens. Recently a room with one pool table was……

“Our stay at The Crane was a disappointing experience, especially as it was our 26th wedding anniversary and first visit to Barbados. We expected a world-class resort, but it fell short of expectations.
Service was consistently poor, particularly in response times. On two of three nights, the air conditioning in our room failed. After the first night we were moved and credited, but the same issue happened again the last night, unacceptable.

“This is a very nice property right on the beach with a really nice beach. The staff was helpful and anyway needed and answer any questions you had. The rooms were nice clean and there is AC that worked well after a hot day out the Sun. Definitely thinking about going back to this hotel because of the staff and everything. Also there was a nice selection of restaurants nearby that you can walk to within about 15 minutes.”
